Steps To Close Your Account
Step 1: Submit Your Request to the Kigo Support team through the ticket request here. We will review your request promptly.
Step 2: Confirmation from Our Team
A Kigo Support service agent will reach out to confirm your closure request. We ask for confirmation because closing your account means closing your access to any saved offers, unrevealed gift card awards, and your Optum Offers Cash balance. This step provides you the opportunity to use your remaining awards before close.
Step 3: We Process Your Closure
Once you confirm you are ready to proceed, we will process your account closure within 3 business days. A confirmation message of your closed account is delivered to you.
