If your receipt scan isn't automatically approved, it may move to a manual review automatically or can be requested. This option is available when your receipt meets quality requirements, with the store name, date, items, prices, and total clearly visible, and for eligible items that meet program requirements.
Requesting a review
From the receipt scan results screen, tap the Help "?" icon in the top right. A Help menu will open to assist with your questions. If the FAQs don't address your issue, tap "Request A Manual Review." You'll then select the item to submit for review and receive an email with the review results within 1-2 days.
