Before you shop, save the offer to your Favorites by tapping the heart icon. This is an important first step to ensure you can redeem the offer later.
After purchasing the eligible item in store, open your Favorites and tap "Scan Receipt" or select the offer and tap "Redeem." You will then choose the specific items from your receipt that match your saved offers.
Take a photo of your receipt. For the best results, make sure your receipt photo shows:
- Store name, date, items, prices, and total clearly visible
- The entire receipt (you can submit multiple photos if needed)
- Good lighting and sharp focus
Choose your photo file and tap "Submit."
You will receive results within moments. Approved offers display your Optum Offers Cash immediately. If an offer needs manual verification, you'll receive an email with the review results within 1-2 days.
