In some rare instances a merchant may not honor your discount. Examples are:
- The business/franchise closing or changing ownership
- The merchant has paused their promotion from the program after their authorized ad published
- An unforeseen change in the merchant's establishment
If a merchant does not accept the offer despite your presentation, we understand your frustration. Here's what you can do:
- Report directly from the Offer: From the offer details page, select the Support & FAQs link. Tap “the merchant did not accept the offer” to report the encounter directly to our Merchant Services team for their follow up with the merchant.
- Contact Support: Contact the support team by submitting a new support request. In your message, please provide details about the merchant and the specific offer that was not honored. Our support team will reach out to the merchant on your behalf to resolve the issue promptly.
